Ningyocho Imahan Black Wagyu Beef Curry

This is a curry from the high-end Kuroge Wagyu specialty store Ningyocho Imahan, designed to bring out the full flavor of the meat. The main meat used is tender shank meat of Kuroge Wagyu, slowly simmered to perfection. Not only does it add spiciness to the curry roux, but it also incorporates bananas, apples, and a blend of over ten types of spices to achieve a mild spiciness.
