Chiba Boso Pork Curry

Surrounded by the sea and mountains, and blessed with rich nature of water and greenery, the pork brand "Boso Pork" is born in Chiba Prefecture. To create delicious pork, we strictly selected breeds with excellent lineage and carefully raised them with specially formulated feed. The meat is characterized by its mild flavor and tender texture. We simmered this "Boso Pork" with vegetables, a variety of spices, chutney, apple puree, and tomato paste in a curry sauce.
